And where? **Also. How many days would you stay in chiang mai, with two kids (7 and 11) and what else to see?

Dates vary, it takes place the full moon on the 12th month based on the traditional Thai Lunar Calendar. I know this is two years late and you probably figured this out but thought I’d still offer an answer.
