Your pronounces are both accepted, even from them. Actually all the members of the band were born and raised in Rome. They become famous in Italy before jumping in the world. All Italians call them Maneskin with the normal A, an open A that sounds like mArket, mAster... Everybody knows that Vic is half Danish and that Måneskin is a Danish word that means moonlight and the å sounds more like an O, like mOre or mOrpheus. I have heard all of the members pronounce it in both ways... so you got it right anyways

In Italy we still pronounce their name in the wrong way. Victoria is guilty! They had to participate to X Factor and they had to say which was the name of the band. They had no idea! Vic thought to a Danish word [she's got Danish roots]: Maneskin. And they are the Maneskin!
