Today, we have a quick 10-minute Basic Barre workout that will bring us back to the basics of ballet for a fresh start to our year 🙌
We’ve all been waiting to hit the reset button for the past year. And what better way to reset than going back to the basics? 😉
This quick and easy Barre practice is going to give us the chance to realign our bodies and minds, so we can be prepared for change and be open to new beginnings in the months ahead.
We’ll combine breathing, stretching, and finding new length to grow tall with confidence. Of course, we will tone the muscles and reactivate our metabolism, but most importantly we will get grounded and balanced so we are ready for the next steps in our beautiful journey. 💕
Through good and bad times, we can channel the power of dance to get back up and keep moving forward.
