Batteries would be nice but I understand why they don't include them. Every country has different regulations for the importing of batteries and the type of batteries. It's a just too much of a headache for the companies to follow every countries regulations and in some cases like my country it's actually illegal to import button batteries except through government controlled channels. A question I have with this is does the skin that shows through the tears in her costume look right skin tone wise? Her portrait looks fine but the skin coming through the tears in the costume looks a little off. The details of the costume look great and maybe more accurate than Darksides will be going by photos but who knows when the final product is in hand. I didn't order this one due to blitzways less then stellar reputation going from prototype to production but I did order the Darkside Studios one feeling it was a safer bet. I'm a little nervous actually because this one does look more accurate to Michelle Pfeiffer and I think it has the better base but time will tell. Depending on where Darkside Studios is in their production I fell they had or have a chance to improve theirs upon seeing this one before they release it. Darkside has that extra portrait which was what sold it for me but that stitching and tears and overall look of her costume doesn't look as accurate as blitzways.

My granny didn't look anything like Michelle Pfeiffer, both of them. Michelle in her day was smoking hot and her in this costume was every teenagers wet dream in the 80's. I was young but I still remember. It was the only thing we talked about at the time for months.
