Great piece to your collection my Man. I ordere the duo and asked sideshow to deliver it ti me next month because I don’t want to lift those heavy boxes in my condition..Keaton is my childhood Batman this statue is symbolic for me.

Mine had a broken pistol for Joker, a broken smoke stack (the fish one). Joker’s head is wobbly, and the cape doesn’t fit super well (I have the gap that seems common but it’s much better after some vigorous jamming) Sideshow offered a replacement, a full refund, or a $150 credit if I chose to keep it. Some superglue on the gun and smoke and i took the credit. It’s a cool piece regardless

I have this statue too. I think your assessment is spot on. Took me two hours to put this together. There were several pieces, including Batman's cape and portrait, that were very difficult to get in. A couple times I was getting to the point of giving up and shipping this thing back, but they finally slid in. The engineering and fit could have been better. I have a couple of XM statues that were complicated to put together, but I think this one was the most difficult statue I have ever assembled. But once assembled, it is a pretty cool piece.

Man, yours looks great. I got one that had defects so they sent me a replacement and the new one came this week and the base has defects again on it, total slop job. PCS now wants me to pay to ship it back for another replacement or pay to ship it back for a refund minus the original shipping. So frustrating, they are not being helpful. I was hoping to receive the quality you got.

Hopefully prices at worst stay the safe, anything higher at this point is just crazier. I do wish shipping would lower.

Preach, these enormous bases are killing me. They need to keep them small so you can add more pieces. Appreciate you staying up to 4:00 a.m. to film this one. I'm a big Batman fan and love this one. The portrait is spot on. I wish there was a way to manipulate the cake better to show more of his body but other than that it looks really good.

Question - did you ever consider going with the spotlights for the moducases instead of the light bar? It seems like everyone goes with a light bar, which I assume means almost everyone agrees it's best for statues. THANKS!~

Mike I really appreciate all the reviews you put out today. Man I love this statue except for the joker portrait. It's too sinister for my liking. But that Batman sculpt is exactly what I've been wanting. Unfortunately because of the joker portrait and the amount of space this thing takes up I had to pass but I bet it's going to look great in your collection.
