Beautiful cards, I can't wait to receive them. You work hard, you should stick up for yourself and do the appeal. Otherwise UA-cam will think they're correct and they are wrong. Surely they can reinstate the monetization when they realize it's 2 different channels and your misunderstanding.

Don't worry about the length, I could watch hours and hours of you creating cards. So which channel do they want to cut you off of paying you for?
