Quick info, I was going through windows 32 and found phone dialer app that lets you dial from your computer. The app icon is ancient as well as interface

The Pocket PC 2002 to Windows Mobile 5 icons were based on those of Windows XP. Windows Mobile 6.x icons were based on those of Vista/7, while Pocket PC 2000 were based on those of Windows 9x/NT 4.0/2000.
