Your ATL makes it into my Top 3 favorite ATLs (the other two were GMM and Miscellany/FPMockups (she has an ATL, however, she only made it into LH-era Windows... ;-; she made good content of OS Mockups though)) What makes this ATL unique is that it uses a bunch of sounds remixed together (the nbc chime lol), which makes it sound nicer than the original Windows, and the release timegap is less messy than the original (same goes to the other AWTLs). Though, I would hope there's additional animation to really show how's the bootscreen works in this ATL, but that would be too much work for you unless you can do it. The only thing that the ATL is missing was the desktop.

fact: Windows Metro/11 (in this timeline) start up (and shutdown) is a combination of the windows 8 ring sound and the unused windows 8 startup sound
