You mention adjust how’d you feel without your title & I get that, two years ago I told my husband I was no longer sure my purpose but that I’d need to grieve the loosing my identity… I’ve done that & still lost on my purpose, I just know it’s not where I am. Coaching on mindset and lifestyle is worth it, you dont see your future patients because they dont need you, that would be success. Doing an ad campaign online to boost reach is the next step. Musicians to politicians have to do tours to build reach. Tai lopez, alex hormozi cody sanchez and lewis house, joe dispenza, dan martell and ryan serchant and dr k are good resources.
Same here, totally understand how you struggle to identify yourself as not a "doctor" anymore. And the feelings of loss and failure 💔 really broke my heart. It is a strong identity especially after years of practice, that it leaves you at completely at loss without it wondering who you are ! It took me a while (coming to a year ) to remember who I am without it and to identify myself again in a new way. Thanks for sharing ❤
I read about burnout of internal medicine and every specialty in general, it can be tough with the way the medical system is structured in this country because of the lack of doctors
