What's inside an os&y valve?

Disassembling a 6 inch gate valve that I definitely did not steal from a Dave & Buster's in Providence, RI. What is an os&y and what is it used for? what does os&y stand for? watch and find out. Also, did you know that it sounds very strange to hear your own voice recorded and played back to you?

Yes, grease the threads with a food safe grease and exercise it. Assuming you’re talking about an OS&Y
