LET'S REVIEW: Some scum-ass company named WildBrain has produced Caillou for decades, and are aware of the criticism from many parents that the show has received. Instead of apologizing and cancelling the show for something better, WildPain has decided to torture parents of future generations by giving Caillou a remake that barely changes anything, and-oh, look, there's two of them, just because, you guessed it, money. While D.W. is written more like a bratty 6-year-old, Caillou seems to be written like a 2-year-old. Gotta give props to D.W. for at least acting slightly above her age, even if she does still suck. If Caillou acts half his age throughout his life, he'll be that guy in his 40s still trying to party like a college kid.
My brother was/is like him and in his forties: he'd party if anyone could stand to be around him but they can't so he just does drugs by himself and everything he has was given to him by our parents while he can't keep a job because he's a violent criminal for pulling a knife on my dad and any money he does have comes from selling drugs. Parents please actually parent your children not just baby them forever because they scream and throw fits if anything doesn't go their way. You'll create a seriously dangerous individual if you do. Most dangerous to you as the parent and the siblings.
I think Perfect Peter and their parents would make the better candidates for an FU series. Their parents blame Henry for everything and neglect him to the point where, in one episode, they make sure Henry didn't have any cereal because they purposefully placed everything on Peter's side of the table so Henry wasn't able to reach over the line that the parents imposed on him.
1:53-1:56 I remember that part of the episode so distinctly, that even with your narration, I can still hear Caillou saying to the doctor, “You put that in my ear! You hurt me!”
When I was 4 or 5 I went up an elevator at the mall because I was mad at my Mom. I took it right back down but she wasn't there anymore. (She had apparently gone up to meet me upstairs). I was scared and found a security guard who helped me find her. And then I was punished and not allowed to go to the mall again for a full year. I NEVER did something like that again. Moral of the story: Kids are brats, but they don't learn how NOT to be one if you don't discipline them. The creators of children's media like Aurther (DW >.>) and Caillou don't seem to understand that.
I’m just going to say it. Besides Caillou’s friends, Rosie is my favorite. Why? Like Rodrick Heffley of his family, Rosie is the only NORMAL one. She always has to put up with Caillou’s mistreatment of her, and the fact that she is younger than him and acts BETTER BEHAVED than him is embarrassing on Caillou’s part. Even when she’s bullied by her own BROTHER, she’s still kind to him! Rosie doesn’t deserve this AT ALL!
Leo was at his best in the first episode when he stole Caillou's blocks and laughed at him when he cried for his mommy. Wish they kept him that way, at least for a few more episodes.
I watched the shopping episode and a small detail I found kinda funny and wish Matt pointed out was that when Caillou was like "you went awaay" his mom literally says "no Caillou you did" like yeah, don't blame her for you wandering off >:(

The first one depicts how the Loud sisters (specifically 16 and 17 years old) acted over a dress! While Caillou’s mom calms him down, the Loud parents DON’T EVEN have the guts to do jack!

Many of these episodes proved to be excellent material for UA-cam Poops. Most commonly the one with the "Teddy Shirt", which seems to interpret the scene with the scotch tape between his shorts and shirt (at 1:02) as looking like lederhosen. Also, I can never not laugh whenever I see the scene with him sitting on top of an active washing machine or dryer around 5:08.
You totally need to do an “FU Caillou” video in the future where the opening Caillou whining scene ends with the clip of Penn Jillette saying “You need to SHUT. THE. F**K. UP!” P.S. Great video as always, man! Keep up the great work! 👍
This show would be so much better without Caillou even just showing us Rosie and Gilbert being cute would be better than what we actually got. What? Arthur did this with baby Kate and Pal in a few episodes and they were some of my favorite ones.
The episode where Caillou keeps freaking out in his room was once edited to where the animatronics from FNAF were added in and finally killing Caillou and his parents at the end of the video
That's funny to me because I stole a t-shirt from my older brother shortly before he left for boot camp, and I still have it nearly a decade and a half later, and he doesn't care, lol. It's a simple gray shirt that's heavy, double stitched, and still fits.
I tried watching at 0.25 speed at 6:42 just to see how they avoid showing his crotch and inadvertently found out that Matt's narration at that speed is hilarious.

This show would be so much better without Caillou even just showing us Rosie and Gilbert being cute would be better than what we actually got. What? Arthur did this with baby Kate and Pal in a few episodes and they were some of my favorite ones.

That's funny to me because I stole a t-shirt from my older brother shortly before he left for boot camp, and I still have it nearly a decade and a half later, and he doesn't care, lol. It's a simple gray shirt that's heavy, double stitched, and still fits.

I’m surprised no one volunteered ms. endive from chowder for the fu series.
