- When we aren't living out our purpose, it's usually because we are lacking confidence. We make excuses about why we’re not doing what you should be doing. Our inner voice says, “I can’t do that, I’m way too old” or “Wow, they’re great at that. I could never do it the way they do, so I’m just going to step away.” Whatever the excuse may be, lost confidence is evident. What’s left in its place is insecurity, cynicism or arrogance, traits that will hinder our progress and growth.
In the “Get Your Confidence Back” talk, from the "Worth Dying For" collection, Pastor Rich shares on the importance of confidence in the life of Christians. He helps us understand that when confidence is lost, it isn't hiding, but it does take us doing something to find it again. So, we ought to stop talking and start doing. Just as faith requires action and not simply feelings, so does confidence. And it's built stronger through repetitive action.
God has a purpose for all of us. It is bigger than we can imagine. To fulfill our purpose, we must be confident in God's promise that what he has started in our lives, he will finish. Reaching our goal means to persevere, and we do so by confiding - putting our confidence - in Jesus every step of the way. We can continue to put our hope and trust in him to carry us through because when all others let us down, Jesus never will.

Stay away from these fake megachurches that just tickle your ears and make you feel good in your sin. You needa give your life to Jesus Christ and surrender it all to Him. Not yourself, not man. HIM. This is the only way to heaven. You must forsake your life. Forsake your will for His. If you live for your own will you will end up in hell. I'm not sure if you claim to be a Christian, but just your picture is enough fruit and your channel is much more fruit displayed that shows regardless of what you claim to be with your lips, your heart is in another place, not hidden in Christ. I judge you righteously by your fruit as I'm commanded, to help you to bring you closer to God. A good tree does not bear bad fruit. Take heed of this comment. Get serious with God, He is a serious God and He HATES SIN. And He wants all of you not 10% not 50% not even 90%, but 100%. You must entrust your whole life to Him. Call upon His name and
repent confess your sins to Him, surrender to Him, ask for the Holy Spirit. Once you get saved(when you recieve the Holy Spirit) just live for Him and seek Him daily and stay away from these false churches of the flesh and find your self a real church of the Holy Spirit. God bless I hope you have ears to hear and don't harden your heart to the Truth.
@@MP-yc2ou This sermon helped me out just now during a time of insecurity and mental anguish. It has reinforced my hope and faith in Christ and has reinforced within me how important taking action is. I believe this is a genuine church which desires to help others come to Christ. I appreciate your good meaning, but I think you're being too negative.
