As one of the Cast of "SURVIVAL", I would like to say a big thank you for your kind comments about it, I worked on two of the 3 Episodes, playing one of the Defence Lads, so in scenes with fellow Actors Julian Holloway, Anthony Ainsley, Will Barton, Lisa Bowerman, Sophie Aldred and Sylvester McCoy, and they were all lovely to work with, as was the Crew, and we all enjoyed making it, I still remember the filming in vivid detail, as I do with all the many TV and Film Productions I have worked on since 1974 when I started at one of London's top Stage Schools.

The fans of DR WHO, are just great, I love their passion for the Series, and it is always nice to receive letters or emails from them, I grew up watching it myself from the mid 1960's black & white days, and wanted to be in it as a young child, so it was amazing and surreal to get offered the part in it years later in 1989, and on the last story in the classic Series, You have a lovely collection, and as a big video Tape collector myself with over 5,000 film Titles, I get your passion, and enjoyed watching your video, and gave it a like, and have subscribed to help out your channel, and as a thank you from me to a fan of "Survival"❤.
I found out while filming on Location on Horsenden Hill that Dr Who had been Canceled by the BBC, from one of the crew, so I then spoke to the Director, and Sophie & Sylvester about it, and remember feeling so sad, it was ending, but it was still one of the best up beat, and fun productions I have ever worked on, I would like to thank all the fans that have enjoyed "SURVIVAL", and say it is very much appreciated by all of us in the Cast & Crew.
Oh god, Monster of Peladon is literally the only 3rd Doctor story I haven't watched in full yet. I watched the first episode and it honestly felt like an hour long episode rather than the twenty minutes it actually is.
It's one of those Pertwee stories;

The first half is pretty much just a repeat of Curse, but it takes a bit of a turn in the middle and gets much more interesting. When I first watched it, I thought I was going to hate it at first, but that second half actually made me enjoy it a fair bit. Still, it is among the weakest Pertwee stories as a whole.

So... can we talk about how 19:07 he talks about Galaxy 4... and then somehow at 25:12 he walkts about Galaxy 4 again? Did... did he got stuck in time loop?!?!?!
I recently bought the beginning box set at a charity shop and I got it the exact day I thought about starting a Doctor Who DVD collection it’s the only one I have so far I’m looking at getting some DVD/Blu Ray shelves for my whole collection in general
I agree with you about series 6. It has some stinker stories, but overall I think it's very good, and is seriously underrated
Amazing that you know Yasmine Finney! I always wondered just how weird it would be to actually recognize someone from your past as being on a tv show or movie
I ripped my restoration dvd collection long ago as to keep the dvds in pristine condition, but i am always worried that we are hearing so much about dvds now dying due to disc rot, and if these will be affected, as i recently found that a few discs from my B5 boxsets no longer work. :(
I didn't know about the reversible covers fact (can't work out how to do it but it's nice that they considered it with the printing).
To get the reversible covers is quite easy to do
Firstly, open up the dvd or blu Ray as you would normally take out a disc, so open the case like normally
Next, take out the entire cover from the actual dvd case itself, so just take out the dvd cover from the actual case
Then, you will see the reversible cover once you remove it from the dvd case
Then, just slip the cover back into the dvd case, but put it to so that the reversible cover is showing on the outside of the case
