Trolling and Bottom-Bouncing for Walleye on Willard Bay

May and June is the best time of the year to fish for walleye at Willard Bay. So we gathered some friends and set out on the boats to troll and bottom-bounce for old marble eye. In this episode, we show you the techniques we use, as well as some by-catch like catfish, wipers, crappie and perch.

It's full now. And spring runoff still has most of the rivers pretty full.

Like it's worth fishing here any more. Wiper population and walleye population has plummeted. Over fishing and dwr not patrolling for people keeping over their limits. Don't waste your time.
