not that my story is unique, but going through the worst time in probably the last 8+ years of my life (maybe worst in my life ever) due to a relationship and these videos have really kept me positive. especially the 'dont take anything personally' video, ive probably watched it 50+ times the last week and even while lifting at the gym. i guess we all go through rough times but one perspective that helps me is it builds knowledge for us later, so that we may use it to help others in a similar situation at a later point. whether its friends, your kids, whoever stay strong bros and keep both eyes on the goal 💪🥰
