It gets easier, but only if we use the obstacles as a learning experience and keep going no matter what. It's also imperative that we live in the moment and don't resist our current circumstances, because that will only create more discord within us and around us; like attracts like.
The daily goal should be to become better than yesterday while reminding ourselves that if it's worth doing, giving up isn't an option. Even if I die trying, I'll be fine with that, because I lived purposefully following my dreams and that to me is a life worth living. In my eyes, giving up is equal to being dead, "Everybody dies, but not everybody lives." We must believe in ourselves!

I like to sit in my car, blast the volume, close my eyes, and meditate to your videos before I walk in the gym. It centers me so well and the lessons are always so nourishing to the soul. Thank you for creating this art my friend 🙏

I have to say this is one of my favourite channels because its all the positive affirmations I need without all the over inflated egos and boisterous opinions that you get tagged along on the side of other motivational speakers. its just facts of life and its all I need.
