Best trade luvdisc is a 100% catch with old rod and steelix can just carry
It is in the town that the rock type gym leader is in so just talk to the fisherman to get a rod if you haven't yet and fish along the beach. Then come back in the pokemon center and talk to the guy on the couch

Remembered watching this a few years back and today I finally got the ability to play Pokemon Uranium for myself, and I'm using this playthrough as a means to figure out where to go next when stuck.
I love watching play throughs where people mention having under level teams at certain points in the game but they also run from every wild encounter lol
tbf, wild pokemon in Uranium REALLY aren't worth fighting for exp.
You should just constantly rematch trainers instead.
Especially on Challenge mode, where the wild pokemon are like 20 levels below the gyms.
@@AtomicArtumas a lot of the older games didn't allow you to rematch trainers in a timely manner where it would allow you to grind up quick enough.

I highly doubt you’ll do this, but if you don’t want to use Barewl, know that at least one Steel Type is almost mandatory for the story. Barewl’s final form is the best suited for it, so that’s why I doubt you’ll forget about Snoo. Also it’s really adorable. Another thing, trainers who call you are a good way to grind, because their levels match up to yours, yes, you can fight very high leveled trainers on Route 1 later in the game.

yes it is the greatest increase of how good the Pokemon are, but you can catch a hawlucha just past the Pokemon center.

Funny thing is I was 7 when I first played pokemon platinum. I did the trade and went on my way not even thinking about it. It took 5 years when I replayed the game again with a more experianced mind and I did the trade, which then proceeded to me angry laughing for the next 3 minutes.

Why did pokemon platinum do this
For the battle interface the pokeballs to show your's and the opponent's team are above the Fight and Run buttons your team is shown above the Run button and their team is above the Fight button.

Seriously, Talo,(yes I did the trade) has just decent potential! And he isn't even good for egg hatching! It doesn't need Gale wings! Talonflame is already fast! It is a flying type!😧
Wade Conroy +1 priority brave bird and roost back in gen 6 before the gale wings nerf was actually what made Talonflame an OU tier threat all the way until gen 7 when the nerf happened. It was easily one of the best sweepers in gen 6 just for the fact that it could GUARANTEED out-speed anything, even if the opponent was scarfed, with STAB brave bird (180 base power btw) or Acrobatics if you weren’t running Choice band or if item based sweeping wasn’t your style.
