I've also tried all three of these meal delivery services and pretty much agree with you. Youfoodz used to be much better quality but seems to be declining. Also, if something goes wrong with your order, good luck because they have terrible customer service. MMC is expensive but worth the extra money. Also, if you live near a Foodworks you can buy the meals there which is handy if you just want a few on standby throughout the week.
This really helps because I used to be in Youfoodz before and you’re right about the serving, my housemate got Macros and it kinda made me curious, but today I ordered my Musclechef, i was unsure about it because it’s a bit expensive comparing to other prep meals but as just you said the food is good. I have a question though, you know in Youfoodz they do like 9 meals like for $69 like they have deals, does musclechef do that after your first order? Do they like send you a promocode/discount code inside the box? Thanks in advance

Personally find youfoods surprisingly filling. It looks small but I'm bloated after each meal but I feel good.

Wow, I was very surprised by your review. Having used all three, Macros is the clear winner for me. All their meals are reasonably tasty, well portioned and the food is the freshest. I used to love My Muscle Chef because of their bigger serving sizes compared to YouFoods but they have some truly abysmal meals which had me questioning the "chef" part of their name. Some meals were great but some were among the worst meals I've ever had.

@@siddharthbansal1765 Some of the bad ones: Sesame and Chia Crusted Chicken Salad, Cajun Chicken with Dirty Rice, Lebanese Spiced Lamb with Babaganoush, Pulled Chicken Tacos are just some off the top of my head. The other problem is the consistency of the meals is all over the place. Sometimes they will just be prepared poorly with too much vinegar or salt, and I've also had meals go bad before the best before date.

MealPrep subjective when it comes to taste perhaps, but the freshness of the ingredients is not. After extensive use, Macros is significantly superior in freshness and quality of ingredients than both Youfoods and MMC.

Youfoodz meals look nothing like the photos on the website. Too many peas, or they show broccoli on the website but in real life its full of peas. I hate peas so was not happy about this. Not a great variety of vegetables mostly mashed potato, sweet potato and peas. Also i had to throw out 4 meals due to bloating which means bacteria is growing and giving off a gas. Gross
My review for my muscle chef. Great quality food which is different from many supermarket frozen meal box in terms of volume and quality! It’s indeed made from fresh ingredients however you need to finish in a month! Fresh food doesn’t last that long! Overall, it worth my money! I’ll keep ordering! Good choice if you want to restrict your intake! To sum up it’s suitable for those
1)who always spend a lot of money pigging out
2) have regular diet and form good habit
3) want to save bills on gas or electricity
4) who always buy lots of fresh food but never have time to cook!
5) who want to save precious time and focus on other things.
(p.s. My favourite is red curry salmon, and crumbled chicken)
I havent tried other meal prep so far. Will try youfoodz and macros soon!! Having been eating my muscle chef for a year I guess they need to upgrade menu.
Wow the Macros food looks disgusting
youfoodz or hellofresh for that matter is absolute garbage. they used to be a lot better when i would buy them in 2017-18. then 2019 they started declining. Post covid they hands down suck.
