After the abdication of Bishop Eridad Nsubuga,The Most Rev Dr Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu appointing The 4th retired Bishop of Mukono Diocese James William Ssebaggala as caretaker of Luwero Diocese.
Ssebaggala thanked God for answering his calling and urged the people of Luwero where he was sent to be united amidst the challenges they are facing.
