I was there, too. I liked the setlist from Night 1 better. The second night was more hard core. But they rocked so hard. It was fabulous. What a wonderful 2 nights!
Everyone should have the opportunity to say they experienced Pearl Jam. Charismatic songs to rock by. Thank you bro for the spiritual 10.I'll take the long road anyday.
I had not seen this until now. I was on the 3rd level. Watching the sun set. Sitting in King Felix's chair. Two years prior, on my dad's bday (Aug 15,2016), I told him how I hoped for Release under a red sky. Then in December, ma passed. And I remember wanting to be at a Pearl Jam show. I took a road trip for 3 weeks before this show. So there I am, in King Felix's throne. The sun setting. Perfect. So thank you for posting this so I could see it. That night I was watching elsewhere.
Fantastic opening song duo - I remember saying I wish Release was later but going 2nd got the crowd totally into it - the whole night the crowd could be heard singing - I couldn’t talk for 3 days. Epic night! Thank you Pearl Jam
I saw them in London on 18 June. They were fantastic and Eddie got through the show with a throat problem. When they started this in Seattle, I saw that he was strong and on fire. I knew it would be the best show ever and it was.
this is pro footage and was broadcast exclusively at the time.. the people talking are watching a video of the concert, you can see their heads in the foreground of the scene as if it at a theatre ..they are not at the concert itself.. this is a multi camera shot that will be aired or pay per view or Netflix at a later time.
J R I was there and what's going on is the camera-person is shooting video of the big screens next to the stage. So, the pro footage is actually happening and they're broadcasting it on the screen and the person in the crowd is filming that big screen. That's why you hear people talking and see the peoples heads on the screen. I shot similar footage from pretty close on the field. To shoot the stage one would need professional cameras. Shooting from a phone wouldn't pick up any visual detail so you film the big screen and get the added bonus of super good audio quality from the actual sound there. It was fucking stellar
Probably the best 10 minutes I have ever experienced at a concert...🤘🤘🤘

I was there. Goosebumps then and now!!
I went both nights. This song holds some meaning to me...seeing it live moved me to tears. AMAZING!

I couldn’t get tickets for Fenway, but I have a feeling it will work out...would rather have been at #TheHomeShows but will take #TheAwayShows
Tamara A I didn't have Tix for the home shows until day before Wednesday show. I ended up with fan club seats for both nights...
Chris C I have a feeling it will work itself out
Tamara A it will...
Long Road into Release is an out of this world experience. Seriously.
I believe you...

I want to be included with the group that has experienced Pearl Jam live...but I’m so proud to say I do know them thanks to UA-cam.

I was there! freaking awsome
Aye Davanita, Awesome!
Who the hell is talking the whole time, this is fucking Pearl Jam!
Made the trip from VT, and it was worth every mile traveled. I would have walked if I had to.
Know what you mean. My son and I came down from Alaska. Great show!!
All I want in life is a roof over my head... three meals a day...my Wife and Kids...And Pearl Jam.
Sounds like a heck of a deal to me!

J R shit my bad. After reading some other comments they're right, this is a showing from the mopop screen the day after. I was kinda right though lol
J R the audio in my footage is way different too. The video I took in person has incredible audio for a burner samsung
CaseyFolds thanks for looking into this!
8:41 Andrew Wood tribute. Nice.
Aye Davanita is my live white whale, that's fucking awesome they walked out to it
👍🏻❤️ oh, by the way, WGRD public radio in Grand Rapids, Michigan keeps talking on there that Eddie is leaving, that’s where I heard it first.
Jen LaC we flew out from GR :)
Huh?
Thank goodness it's just on radio, I wish they would of played here in GR, thanks for the reply.
Who are all those people talking ffs?
So did you have a drone flying above the bands heads how did you pull that angle off I'm just curious?
This was perfect until the background crowd noise kicked in.
Don’t understand why people think that they have to talk during the concert...Sorry man...
😭😭
who the fuck is talking in the background ?
Ads in the middle of the song? Do better, UA-cam
*Wrigley Field...PJ...Long Road!!But can the audience 🤫 seriously. Go to a bar. I’m here to hear Ed.*
Why do people pay good money to go to concerts and then talk over the music the whole damn time?
Doesn't seem to matter what concert people go to the fans are outright rude. Just chit chatting away. Tool fans are just as bad!
Jesus Christ
What show is this??? Not wrigley??
Terrible quality
