Just got my Pixel 9 yesterday evening. So far it's been a great experience. Runs buttery smooth, has a much brighter screen than the 8a I had, has noticeably better battery life, the haptics are great and the new design makes it feel very premium. The speakers could be louder but otherwise after spending almost 12 hours with it, I'm very impressed. I got mine through Mint with a year of service for $540 with tax. At that price, it's completely worth it.

It's a good upgrade, everything is much smoother and faster. Fingerprint scanner is good now. Face unlock is also very nice. Display is much better. No heating issues. WLAN and 5G connectivity is so much better. Call quality is significantly better on both ends. I still have to wait and see how the battery works, but it feels good. I kinda wish the Pixel 9 series look more like the Pixel 8 rounded edges instead of looking like an iPhone.
The processor is my only problem with pixel phones. If they could get a Snapdragon chip in there, i would definitely switch.
