Great looking and incredibly functional. After 8-10 hours wearing a constricting vest and 20lb belt can be taxing on you abilities out in the field. This is a very high polish professional look that helps with back injury and on the job fatigue. Good job to the command staff for finally listening to there work force to improve productivity and health.
Vest Carriers are good for Officers backs and there are some vest carriers that looks like a Uniform Shirt and it gets some of the weight off the duty belt and my dream is to be a police officer and I would pick the vest Carrier and leave the Gun,Taser and Radio on the Belt or get Suspenders and stay with the Duty Belt and You can keep the taser and gun on the belt for muscle memory and you can put the radio on the vest or keep it on the belt and you could put handcuffs,Magazine's on the vest and a baton on the vest
@@Blauermfgwe have a uniform allowance but we also have a dry cleaner the department has a contract with, we give them our badge number and they clean our uniforms
For aesthetics sure, but loose fitting casual uniforms I believe are a step in the right direction, more comfortable for the officer and just less drama

LBV would be better. With all the gear they are required to carry around the hips, the more cases of workers comp claims due to back pain.
Ridiculous a Trooper is responsible to pay for uniform cleaning. State Patrol really needs to get with the times.
Many have a pay allowance for covering the costs
