In case anyone was wondering why every menu option might be greyed out...make sure your document is in RGB mode. Magically everything works.
Image menu > Mode > RGB color
thnx bro
this is the best advice i have ever received
Because RGB is for screen.. its additive color mode and CMYK is subtractive color model and is for print media..
Hey! This is an amazing video. Thanks so much. I am running into a problem. when I go toenvironment, edit texture, and drop the image on the checkered surface, the text is not actually affected. the picture just sits on top of the texts, and I can kinda see the outlines of my text, but the text isn't affected. what could be wrong?
THANK UUUUUUUUUU
thank you so much!
No worries! Thanks for watching 🙏🏼
love your content man.
Ayee, thanks so much. Really appreciate it 🖤
@@elberttiao do you run any social media? I would like to ask you something 😃
@@madebytl Yeah of course! You can hit me up on insta (it's just my name) or email. Ask away 🔥
telling me to desactivate that option before starting saved my life lol i've been trying for days to replicate the effect but it was always bugging so thank youuu
No worries! Stoked that it helped out, appreciate the comment and for watching 🤘🏼🔥
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I learned how to create realistic textures using this method. It worked for me once, but I've been trying to create the same metallic effect but when I go to apply the Metal Chrome (checkered) material, its really huge & out of proportion causing the textures end up looking really stretched out and pixelated. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I've looked everywhere online for an answer and can't seem to find one :(((((
Hey! Thanks a bunch for this tutorial as it has opened my eyes for more stuff I had no idea Adobe PS could do! :)
I have one question; How do I apply the texture I choose to go on both the front and backside of the object I am texturizing? If I rotate it a little too much before saving it as a PNG I see the other half (backside) being black.
Keep it up with the great content!
soooo cool , really helped me🥹🖤 Can you upload the transparent version? fluffy ver too,,,, want more series 😎🙏🏻
No worries at all and yes! Coming soon 😊

Thank you! 🙏🏼
Inflate strength Issue: When I add any percentage to strength, all points get stretched to the top corner of my screen. Anyone else have this issue?
same here! don't know why
Yes me too! Did you find a solution?
same! let me know if you have a solution!!
me too😢😢😢
Please tell me the solution.
Same
Love your beanie
Haha thank you!
I use PS CS but still watch this until the very end because of the gentle voice 😂
Great tutorial thst really helped but how would u apply that to a word that i want to use?
Is there a way to make the text sharper? Because mine is always a bit pixelated. My resolution and stuff is the same, so idk what to do.
Elbert tiap good
Sick video! thank you so much. I have only one question, when I export the final file from Illustrator the edge of the text is pixelated. Does it also happen to you? Does anyone have suggestions to fix it? Thanks :)
wow!
😊
Hey Elbert, this tutorial was fire but how do you get the 3d grid matrix to show up while doing this it never worked for me.
Hey!! Little late to this video, but looking for the "deactivate native canvas" setting in the latest photoshop and don’t see it. Any setting updates I should check instead or is that step not relevant anymore? Thank you, love the video!
