    Practice OM Meditation for 20 Minutes Early Morning or Before Going to Bed
    Benefits or innumerous
    1. Sit comfortably in Meditative Posture, Facing Towards East
    2. Keep your Spine erect but make sure you are comfortable
    3. Gently close your eyes & take 3 times deep breaths up to Navel
    4. Chant OM Mantra for 21 times
    5. Relax with normal breaths & keep your awareness between the Eyebrow
    6. Be in the same state for minimum 20 minutes
    7. Come out of Meditative state with Gratitude

    The vibrations feel very soothing and calming. I could sense myself letting go and going deeper and deeper and learning more about myself. It was a wonderful experience meditating with this OM mantra.

    Meditating with this Om Mantra after chanting Om for 21 times was truly a very blissful experience for me... Even after the 20 minutes meditation at night, I was feeling the vibrations in the morning also and could also hear the sound of OM as if coming from a distant space..... Truly a very beautiful and Blissful experience... it feels very calm and peaceful and Silence within...
