During Samyama Retreats, one gets transported to a different time and place altogether. I am very grateful for the opportunity to participate and volunteer at this Retreat, which has given so much that I can consciously comprehend, yet so much more than can yet be comprehended. Among the many lessons practically learned during this Retreat, the importance of being calm and still notwithstanding of the situation is something I experienced and will strive to implement more and more. The immense guidance, spiritual wisdom and eternal truths shared by Maa and Guruji have helped me break-free of many patterns, given me new perspective and instilled in me confidence to move ahead in my journey. The Kashmir Retreat was a tremendous life experience for me and I remain in deep gratitude to Maa and Guruji.

Immensely Grateful to Maa and Guruji for giving us this Most Beautiful and Divine Opportunity for attending the Divine Kashmir Retreat.... I have learned a lot in this Retreat and the most important thing I learned was about Detachment... Meditating with this Om Mantra after chanting Om for 21 times was truly a very blissful experience for me... Even after the 20 minutes meditation at night, I was feeling the vibrations in the morning also and could also hear the sound of OM as if coming from a distant space..... There are a few days in your life that you might never forget. This was one of those days for me! I thought I was going there to help them, but little did I realize that it would be I who was going to be helped! I remember how innocent and beautiful those children (most of them orphans) were and they were just so happy to have us there for company. They wanted to just talk, laugh, take photos, dance and just that gave them so much happiness. That time made me realize how insignificant so many problems that we keep worrying about all our lives are. I had seemingly so much more, but in actuality it was they who had their hearts filled with love and happiness. That day was a huge reality check for me and gave me a lot to ponder and to work on improving myself. I realized the many times I took my parents for granted, how in greed I chased financial gains, how superficial so many of my problems were and the importance of being grateful for what we have received rather than complaining of what we don't have. As Guruji and Maa have rightly shared, some experiences you just cannot gain any other way than through SELFLESS Service. I was a completely different person before meeting Guruji and Maa and I'm so grateful for through their immense compassion, blessings and guidance, they have helped me become a better me.

This was one of the most beautiful days of my life when I got the opportunity to bring smiles on the faces of small young innocent children.. These pictures bring back the memories of the beautiful moments of laughter, Singing and dancing , moments of Joy spent with young innocent children...No amount of money can buy the happiness, joy and fulfilment that you get when you bring a smile on the face of another being. I feel so blessed to have got this divine opportunity to do Selfless Service under the Divine guidance of Guruji, Mahayogi Madhukarji and Maa Aditiji 🙏🙇‍♀️

Having being part of this SELFLESS Service opportunity of Samyama Foundation was one of the most inner satisfying and very gratifying experience of my life.
