HOW TO FIX ANY CAR WITH A P0868 Transmission Fluid Pressure Low ERROR CODE- Fast and easy

Hi there I am stuck and would really appreciate your guidance. I have a 2012 Nissan Rogue & all of a sudden while driving the car began to idle & stall & hardly move upon accelerating.
Upon scanning the following codes came up:
P0746: PC Solenoid A
P1778: Step Motor
P0868: Fluid Pressure Low
I'm not sure if a general mechanic in my area can help? Do I go to the dealer or to an independent transmission shop?
