Cracked windshield repair kit. Rock chip fix.

I tried the Rain-X windshield repair kit to fix a rock chip that cracked my windshield. I am absolutely blown away by how well this worked. I had pretty low expectations and didn't actually think it would work so I'm happy the resin filled in the cracks and and I'm just hoping that the crack doesn't spread across my line of sight.

That’s what I thought too! $40 max. Not these guys though. The new scam is that they “guarantee” the chip for a year and that’s why it’s $100. I did some research on this particular company before I posted the video. They score a D- on the Better Business Bureau.

It may depend on the geographical area also. They may charge more if they are in an affluent area.
