The depth of info you provide in your videos is unmatched. Love your straightforward presentation in all of your videos! So smooth! I notice your viewership is low but hope you will remain diligent as I believe people are waking up and realizing they need a deeper understanding of why they are getting weaker and sicker.
    Thanks for what you do!!

Wow. Thank you for sharing your story. I was really struck by how fast your body positively responded after years of the wrong light. The body is so forgiving!
Light is FREE, so no surprise that its importance is buried.
    Thank you again. 🌞

I had lasik surgery, is it possible to get proper light signaling?

Unfortunately, no. LASIK changes the angle at which the sun enters your eyes, which affects how you're able to receive light properly. It's important, then, for you to make sure you're doing all the other "circadian" supports for your health (still blocking artificial light when it's dark, eating at circadian-aligned times, getting max sunlight on your skin without burning, etc. Basically, still practice all the things, but you won't be receiving proper light signaling through your eyes.

What would your recommendation be for someone that is working out early morning during winter months before the sun comes up? Red light only? Is it a net benefit to exercise in artificial light before sunrise if its your only window for devoted exercise or do you think it would be better to not exercise at all and purely optimize light?

Same lighting as any time when it's not light out. I always prefer people be fed before working out in the morning, especially women, for better hormone management. And eating after sunrise makes more sense. But, if that's your only time to work out and it seems to work for you, then just follow all other regular circadian-informed lighting recommendations (block artificial light, wear blue blockers and/or use only no-flicker red-only (no blue or green) or dim incandescent lights below hip level.

What is your take on people who have been implimenting these things for years, low emf environment, low population density lots of year long sunshine 33 latitude town, sunrises, sunsets, blue blockers, outdoors, blocking blue light at night, seasonal eating, and the only shift in their cortisol is normal morning levels, then flatlined the rest of the day in the 4x saliva testing for cortisol.... What about people like us, who are years deep in the sunlight game, and still struggling despite following pretty much the same principles spoken by many differing sources, and yet, we arent feeling a huge difference in 3 days and its been YEARS...

Usually a stored trauma/need to work on healing trauma. But also far too difficult to reduce to an answer here because-despite the fact that you're doing all of these things-I don't know more information about what your daily life looks like. In order to truly address concerns, always necessary to talk in real-time to get more information.
