the Prophet was a regular human being like everyone else, except that he was given revelations from Allah. I feel horrible to say this but, do we hold the prophet too highly in our religion? And in a manner that the Prophet himself would reject because it is far too glorifying of him, especially since he was a humble man . But people could not resist from venerating him to the point that they compiled everything that he said and did, despite him never suggesting that they should do so. and the Quran doesn't mention the Hadiths either.... isn't this extremely similar to the Christians and their worship of Jesus pbuh? Venerating and glorifying him after he was sent to heaven when he never suggested anyone to do so... something is a little bit off here
Absolutely, the Prophet is held up as an idol and that needs to stop. It's ridiculous that Muslims mock Christians for worshipping Jesus and then turn around and worship Muhammad instead. I can't even imagine the visceral disappointment of every Prophet at the end when they see what their followers have been doing all these years. Like, how hard is it to understand what monotheism means?

Baha’i Writings consider only the words written by the Baha’i central figures themselves (or their secretaries) as authentic. Even the notes of others written at the time are not taken as authoritative. I believe this is the first time in history that we have first hand documents of the Founders of a religion.
After all, they trust the isnad, they trust the methodology, they use Islamic tools anyways, they just take the cynical approach where correlation equals causation, and early muslims were competing with PR campaigns and using made up hadith to do that. Well that’s hell a lot of assumptions though.

For example you say the haddith are made up for political reasons but the imams were exiled and brutalised for not confirming to the rulers of the time . Just one issue so I think it's not as simple as use western scholars to disprove haddith as alot of western scholars want to destroy Islam ultimately as they want what happened to Christianity.

Why aren't sunnies bothered about this? Well according to the sunnies, the said hadith was not quoted by the prophet him self. So it is not a hujjah to Muslims.
Because Allah says in the Quran that the prophets only complaint on qiyamah will be that his ummah abandoned the Quran- and they did. They don’t take even a single ruling from it, acc to them even the wudhu is in incomplete. Even tho Allah says he made the book fully detailed, explained all things, left nothing out, perfected our deen this day. The scholars used to tell our parents you can not understand the Quran without Hadith or it’s incomplete without Hadith Astaghfirullah. Allah even says in the Quran, what Hadith will you follow after what we have revealed to you?
