I've been trying the flagging too. Even have bobcat pictures of it walking right on by not even a care for it. The Feline Fix I baited with didn't even get an investigation from them.
@PC_outdoors a valid point indeed. Maybe I didn't use enough either. I'm new to trapping. Started last November because I was seeing so many racoon, possum and bobcat on my trail cameras. Now I'm seeing coyotes. I'm learning.
@@TheBack50 I'm 12 and ii started last December but I have been fortunate enough too be able too be around master cat trapper gary bobcat jarmin and he uses flagging, his biggest cat is 37 lbs and I am friends with master coyote trapper rc and loki trapping adventures so I am very fortunate however I pay for everything myself consider checking out my channel where I show that.
@@PC_outdoors will do! I'm always looking for more information. I am not as fortunate as you are. I only have youtube as my guide, and the animals are kind enough to teach me a few things too. Especially when it comes to coyotes and bobcat. They are showing me how I'm doing it wrong. I'll look for your page soon. Thank you.

I never have seen that it made a difference in catches, if anything it may hinder catches
