The comment about being a gaint en eating little trees hit home! When I was little, I coudn't remember the name for broccoli and coliflower. So I called them mierenboompjes (Ant trees) for broccoli, and mieren boompjes in de winter (ant trees in the winter) for collifower. I'm Dutch btw my spelling is crap! sorry!
