    HARE KRSNA
    This Satasang is clearly explaining with emphatic examples, Utterly Unchanging Consciousness as an Observer of Changing Experiences. More over the Role of Consciousness is well recognised. Consciousness is Doing Nothing excepting Enabling Agents of ACTION to reveal their functions.
    Very respectfully Loving ❤️ ING You One and All DIVINE NOW and HERE in this Light and Moment and Vibrations Experiencing HAPPINESS, Satisfaction, Eternal PEACE, Contentment and Freedom from pain, fear, anger keeping 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    Superb illustration of the metaphor sea & waves, representing one's Infinite Consciousness & Vritti .
    This metaphor teaches a way to 'stay put' the mind in perfect peace & happiness.
    Wonderful class.Pranam Swamiji. 🙏

    Loving these classes, thank you .
    I need a clarification here, all this time we understood that Atma is unaffected and is divine and pure. Is totally unaffected by what we are doing. For the first time in this lecture Atma or consciousness is shown as responding (or affected) and is referred as vrittis. I think I am not getting this point clearly.

    • @AurelienCarnoy
      @AurelienCarnoy 2 роки тому

      There is a transition between understanding atma is unaffected by what is happening in reality and understanding atma is what is happening in reality.
      I like the analogy of water and water current.
      It is all water and water is unaffected by current (it does not become something els)
      Yet that water can forme patterns and believe it is that pattern.
      We jump from one identification to an other and in that way experience many lives.
      (That water is the eternal water.
      That is where the idea of the fountain of youth.)
      Those crystal floating in water are useful for the continuation if your body. So the aim is not to dissolve all patterns.
      (As I wrongfully believed)
      The aime is to enjoy the patterns as they arise and melt in your presence.
      Ex: why are there any currents in the water?
      Yes. That is why. "Why" or the desirer to experience "wanting to know" is the reason why you ask and the reason why you are disturbed and thus why there is a water current.
      The water wants to move toward water to know what it is.
      This is how space and time is generated.
      "Doing" will never get you to "being".
      I hope this was not too confusing.
      Please let me know.
      Thay you also for inspiering me

    Thanks Swamiji..but I have one question-how to enjoy that vast consciousness??

    • @The_Sacred_Sound_NJ
      @The_Sacred_Sound_NJ 3 роки тому +2

      Who is the one seeking enjoyment?

    • @AurelienCarnoy
      @AurelienCarnoy 2 роки тому

      You are enjoying the desire to know your self.
      You are enjoying asking the question.
      That is what is happening now.
      That is what enjoying means.
      What ever is happening in your present moment.
      But to enjoy a cake or the bred that is served today, you have to be present, in your body.
      We are asking more food while we are still chewing on yesterday s meal.
      Or child hood meals.
      It is okay.
      If it is okay for you.
      So how is it working out for you?

    Namaste Swamiji, I am listening to today’s class and got confused between Brahman and Consiousness.
    Is it the same?

    • @gridcoregilry666
      @gridcoregilry666 3 роки тому

      Yes, if Brahman is the fundamental reality because of which everything exists and consciousness is all pervasive, then it needs to be the same.

    I try to understand the logic : what is the purpose to incarnate if the goal is to cease to rebirth? What is the reason for all this? To get in if the only goal is to get out? And if I get enlighted I try to help everybody to get out of here? All this material world has no value? Just a dead end that I should not have taken?

    • @jshdhdyjfjdjfhfyyene731
      @jshdhdyjfjdjfhfyyene731 Рік тому

      Good questions, trying to understand the logic through mere rational experience is a futile attempt. Understanding the entirety of Brahman through mere logical reasoning is not enough and somewhat unreasonable. Devotion and surrender brings about wisdom that does help and only through a certain process and guidance from someone who has been through it themself otherwise the pitfalls are deep and many.
      To get in and out of all this is a complex process and it is not so black and white. There are many various dimensions of reality.
      This video below may help and again the guidance of a guru to curve trails that go off on a tangent is required.

      8:28 of this video may be useful.
      Knowing these don't answer your questions, they remove the incorrectly established 'backbone' which builds the question and countless other questions. Knowledge answers questions wisdom removes the incorrectly formed foundation and building blocks to which such questions as these harbour within the cracks of the bricks. This example can be similarly compared to a tree.
      Shri Krishna explains nicely the banyan tree in this way in chapter 15 of the Bhagavad Gita (BG).
      It is however important to note here that one cannot go straight to chapter 15 of BG, that too is a process and best approached through one who is authoritatively and well known to be qualified to guide one through the journey leading to chapter 15 and beyond.
      Material has value, it has great value.
      Swami Sarvapriyananada on ua-cam.com/video/XPS5ttBY9JA/v-deo.html at 13:45 describes the purpose of that 'false', 'unreal', 'apparent' material nature. Explains nicely, if I am Brahman then why are there other states that seem real?
      Also as harsh as this might sound it was not 'you' who made the choice of 'taking' material nature on, and therefore saying that it's "just a dead end". Without it there is neither 'you' nor can the real you be perceived.
      I wish you well on this wonderful journey. Join me in further conversation here in this comments section to know of your experiences. Jai 🙏
