- After a beautiful stay at Teniqua Treetop Forest, we head on a very scenic drive through the forest before stopping in at Victoria Bay for the last night on our trip. We head out for a magical surf and enjoy the last evening being on the road in the New Land Rover Defender.

Thanks for the defender review. We have owned numerous Land Rovers including two defenders currently. Like you were not sure about the new one but interested in trying it out.
Yeah, they are 2 very different cars at the end of the day, but after spending some time in them, I had really grown fond of it :) A hell of a lot more comfortable than the old Defenders, that's for sure 😂
@@NicoleEddy1 too true, would have loved to see what they could come up with for a pure utility vehicle though. It’s going to be hard to convert this one to a trayback .

What an absolute privilege to see the Knysna lourie so close up! Hope you've patted the doggy, he was just looking for your attention.
It was such a treat, you can tell that they were quite comfortable around humans but still amazing to see. We patted the dog numerous times over, haha so she got all the attention that she was looking for.
Another excellent video Nicole. A lovely mix of content with some amazing shots. I loved the drone work and the music was a brilliant match. is it possible to rent the new defenders down there? I am pushing out on my surf trip in a couple weeks from cape town.
I have a feeling you might battle to rent a new defender in Cape Town/SA so soon after they have been launched here, but you never know. Try Wiggle Car Hire in Cape Town or similar high-end car rental spots. Enjoy your surf trip - where are heading?
