Bro. No offense. I just bought a legit addias primegreen NHL jersey for $160. Would love to support you with a jersey purchase but, No way am I paying more for a FPHL jersey than I did for an NHL. I have the same issue with AHL and ECHL jerseys

Man now that you’re gonna be back on the ice more consistently don’t forget to keep doing the hip pt exercises. Stay on top of that early so you don’t have any issues mid season and beyond man

I remember wanting to play goal when I was younger. I rented a Vladislav Tretiak goalie video amount others. They always preached square up or eyes on the puck. With guys like Mathews and now Bedard and how they disguise their shots... How do you change your philosophy with this type of shot/release?

Hey Trevor I had a full hip replacement done August 25th, not 100% sure what your hip surgery consisted of but just curious how long would you say I'll be out for? I'm jonesin to get back on to the ice but I know it will be a min. Thank you for you input if you decide to respond...plus good luck with your new team fellow net minder..😊

Keep your elbows tucked next to your side during your bench press and watch your max go up. Elbows out puts a lot of stress on your shoulders, elbows in engages your lats to help with the push. Good ol’ bench press, the most useless exercise for athletes. But for some reason, we all do it.

H2O-Town is prob the best franchise in the Fed ..congrats Trav...also please don't lift in your bare feet ...if a plate fell from the rack on your bare foot it would be ugly ...even a really light one like a 5 lb'er would smash your metatarsal....

@jimweir6500 nope played ice hockey my whole life. If I was 6'5 with my skil I would have made it far. Scouts literally said I wasn't tall enough despite facing 50-60 shots per game with middle of the league GAA out of 16 goalies on the last placed team in AAA Midget..

Such crap they’re not even dressing you. Other goalie gave up 10 in the first 2 starts which isn’t ideal.
