You’re a master. How easily you have summarised every issue in the question. 👍

Great spider chart with cases, I love it. Thanks! Min 4:20, I believe you meant that Lisa's daughter, Jess, possibly/ potentially suffered depression, not Lisa.

Spider graph is a revelation! If only I hadn't left this assignment so late and had to the time to put one together...

A good presentation on how to handle a problem question on medical negligence. Shaveen emphasises the importance of picking & listing out the main points in the question, & then the issues. He then discusses the spider graphs on Duty of Care , Breach & Causation. Great! Thank you Shaveen! 😄

You are so methodical in your approach. Can i ask are you a student or have you years experience in Law. The reason i ask is i have just completed a foundation degreea and will be progressing onto my LLB this term and this seems very advanced for my experience 🤔.. Maybe i am trying to run before i can walk

These lessons are predominantly aimed at LLB students but most of the concepts apply for A-Level Law, GDL and evening LLM modules. The goal is to develop your technique of articulation. Law is much more about how you ‘think’ than what you know.

would this be material increase of risk? but it differs from the mcghee case since death of Jess is unknown that it could be caused by the treatment or herself.

Hi Morgan. One of the best ways to commit any material in law to memory is to recreate, in your own style, Spider Graphs similar to these. So, once you’ve made your notes, try your hand and drawing a few yourself 😄

Hello, thank you for this detailed, but succinct explanation. What advice would you offer someone attempting to file a claim against a company for loss of property that is set of old and irreplaceable family heirlooms? Also can you cite any precedents particularly in New York?
