I just went to a salon for the first time in like 10 years for a consultation and I need a color correction and platinum card, grand total estimate $750 😭 I have to go home and think about this one.

Those spots in the hair came from not enough saturation. You can see patchiness and very low product when you brush the lightener in there.
yeah i'm jealous, i wish i was the model! :( here in belgium we dont have good hair artist, such a shame that my dream for getting that hair will never come true

Am I the only one that sees absolutely zero platinum and a helluva lot of warmth and yellow/orange?
There is no denying that there was some warmth left over. But the term platinum is related to anything that’s a level nine or 10. The fact that Lisa and I were able to get her this level of blonde in one session is pretty amazing.
You're not putting enough lighter on the hair, that's why the hair color is dark and light, you have to make sure you see no black, you have to put enough product on where you are only see white, and no black color. Always go with more product the first time, so you don't have to keep bleaching the black hair.
