Perfect!! Thank you for this video. I’ve actually stopped playing the guitar for almost 3 years and now i’m back at it and i’m glad that most of these chords are from muscle memory. Thank you again!
Hi ! Your tutorials are really helpful and give more interests of playing guitar to beginner like me. You are the best bossanova guitar teacher that i know of. Thanks to your video, i can play the songs that i love even though i dont know the chord !!!!! Thanks a lot 😆😆
Good question. I think of it as F7b9 but, with the b9 in the bass. It's kind of a "Brazilian thing" but, it also pushes me towards using a F half/whole diminished sound. F#dim alone could mean a F# half/whole which would have a completely different sound. Is this helpful?
SÓ DANÇO SAMBA, AUTORES VINICIUS DE MORAES E TOM JOBIM, LINDA OBRA MUSICAL. PARABENIZO. ABRAÇOS CORDIAIS.
Thank you for all this great stuff!!
Absolutely!

My pleasure!
Thanks! I was having trouble finding a version of this song that wasn't too far above my skill level. This was just right. 👍
Excellent!!

Great lesson apart from one ‘spelling’ query. I’m intrigued as to why you choose to identify what most would call F#dim as F7/Gb ?
