Glad your best bud pulled thru, I had a very similar situation with one of my, were he had gotten into a fight with another dog and he was really messed up and had to drive almost an hour at 1am to a 24 hour vet hospital and if I had been any later he wouldn't have made it.
Thanks brother!! Like I said, a good five seconds I just froze. Couldn't even think straight after seeing all the blood. If he wasn't as big as he is, we'd have had a different story. Big ass dog holds a lot more blood and that was a huge blessing. The house, the car, many towels, me and the wife were all covered in blood that day. Scary situation, but glad it worked out. Figured maybe he'd be a little more hesitant to chase the rabbits, until I took him outside earlier and he started to bolt after one until I yelled at him. 🤣🤣 guess he's feeling fine at least. RS Warrior Bryan Haha mine is 120 pounds as well. Looks about the same size as yours. He is a Mastiff/ German Shepherd mix. I’d for sure have to help getting him to the vet also!
Hey Bryan, I hope your dog is doing well. One quick question, did you have to get rid of the chrome before ceramic coating your exhaust? I have VH Big shots obviously chromed and I want to send it to ceramic coating but I'm not sure if the chrome have to come out. Thanks JB
Hey brother, thanks for watching, commenting, and wishing my dog well! As for the exhaust, I was lucky enough to have the place charge me the 150 and it covered prep work as well. I'd check into that, if at all possible. I took everything apart for them and took it up in pieces to be sure that they sprayed it all separate and that it was all coated. The chrome will need to be removed though, from what I understand. May be able to save a little cash by prepping yourself as well.

I've been reading about it and some say the chrome has to be removed but some say no, so I'm gonna wait till the coating guys tell me that they have everything ready for ceramic coating and I will see from there and I also think that taking everything apart and replace the clamps will be a good idea. I have Rineharts on my bike but they’re kinda tame. They’re my dream exhaust so I’ll be keeping them but I am also wanting another set. There is a set of exhaust on the forums similar to these. How do you like them? Are they loud? How much power did you lose on these?
Hey brother, I love this exhaust. They sound awesome and when you let off the throttle, have a distinct sound that I love. Apparently when you get Ivan's flash, it tames them down a little, but since I had it when I got the pipes, I couldn't tell you how much. I came from the speedstar and it was very quiet compared to this set. As for the power, I know I'm crazy and it makes no sense, but u almost feel more power with these than with the 2 into 1 speedstar. Can't be possible, but that's how it seems to me. If you can get the set for a good price and they're in good shape, I'd grab them up.
RS Warrior Bryan I think mine are pretty loud but I’m coming from that ground pounder so it just makes everything tame. But I am glad to have the power back! Yours looks great!
Thanks! I love how they turned out. I can imagine that set was probably beyond loud. 🤣 was telling a story earlier about my neighbors correcting me once. I told them I left every day at 630, and she said no its 625. Guess my exhaust woke them up every day. Sucks to be retired and not work, get up with the rest of us losers! I'm reality, they're awesome people and I felt bad, but didn't stop me from doing it every day.
