Using your calendar to manage a project from the brainstorming stage to its completion stage is just the most affordable and the quickest option. Project managers are great but they can be expensive or too complicated to use. Or you might just not like using them.
I’ve created my own set of rules after years and years of tracking and managing projects on my calendar to make sure I’m not missing any important steps and actually accomplish all of my project milestones - and I want to take you along in this 5-step process.

This is an amazing piece. And you know what? The title doesn't give it justice. I think that something like "How I use a calendar as a project manager tool" would make a difference. Just slight different but more on point. In my opinion!
    It's a really great content.

Mariana - Well-thought out system. Excellent video on it.
It strikes me that it is more applicable for work projects, and less for personal projects. My sense is that personal projects are less about "scheduling" tasks and more about "sequencing" tasks. In that case, I think a "To Do List" app would be more effective. (Apple Reminders is a good choice.)
If you think it worthwhile, please consider designing such a personal project management system and developing a video on it.
    Thanks for considering.

What if you share your work calendar with your spouse so she can know your schedule. How is that now done with multiple calendars? She is NOT going to want to follow all of those new calendars.

    Hello,
How did you set up one calendar. per project? You were going a bit fast. I really love your layout.

Just create a new calendar in your calendar app (if you're using google calendar, you have a "+" button on the left sidebar) :)

Am i only person experience or feel that none of the Mariana Videos provides what or how can achieve her great ideas?? It's good to watch the video, but nothing to take away to put together to use in our lives. I would appreciate to put together a template or steps with tools to achive

So sorry you feel that way! I honestly don't know how I can add more instructions or more steps than what's already in this video. People work on different projects, with different timelines, priorities, teams, etc, so it's incredibly hard to tell you "what to do exactly", when circumstances change so dramatically from person to person! But if you need help with something specific, please send me an email (info@productivityforhumans.com) and I'll try to help you in any way I can

I think this video is great and has given me a great structure for planning my personal projects (we’ve got tools for work projects). I suspect that I found it easy to follow because I have a decent amount of project management experience.
The only enhancement I’d suggest is for Mariana to link a video on how ro breakdown a project if she has one or shoot one if she hasn’t done one already. You’ll be surprised how many people haven’t been taught how to do a project work breakdown structure and determine task dependencies. Having that video will give an insight on the work that needs to be done before you open the calendar app. Also link a video that shows how to create multiple calendars on your calendar app.
