For an 'on the fly' tournament recap I think that's come out well. Certainly a good stat and I'm sure you'll get the coverage even better Ben. The armies at the event were really good - probably the best standard overall that I've seen at the AoS events I've been at.
Man some beautiful armies there, super glad to see Mitzy's on the table!!! I'm sad I couldn't make it, the missus was concerned about getting the mats in the car wet and gas mileage to the UK. So...when can we order those Grand Alliance shirt? As a gaming geek and metal head, I kinda need one.
From which monster come the bodies of the Beastclaw Raiders' Stonehorns (Paul Whitehead's army) ? Looks like a reversed Chimera with some greenstuff fur on the shoulders but I'm not sure...
Have you tried it? I mean my heart bleeds for the loss of the old world, the fluff was so good! but AoS has oddly enough really good gameplay. I enjoyed it more, especially after they gave us points to work with. And even though the Rules are on only 4 pages (if you ignore the allegiance rules and stuff like that) it surprisingly just works. Now i can see your frustration, like I said, it pains me as well. But AoS is not "done" yet like the old world more or less was. It took about 30 years to get warhammer fantasy to where it was. AoS is now under 2 years old if I remember correctly, and they already added quite some stuff.
I would consider just taking good pictures because the shaky cam makes it almost unwatchable. Though the content is highly interesting.

Gorgeous armies all round!
Wow thanks for these! Do however consider some lighting!
I had a small light on the camera, its tough at an event with lots of people and armies around

i hate Aos .. the ruin of Warhammer universe, from miniatures to the type of game, a kind of WH40K set in the fantasy world
