Thank you all I had in front of me was a couple shades of gray and black markers but it came out exceptional compared to my original simplistic Stone pathway anyway thank you so much :)
thanks for shearing, i am working on a peace , its in oil paint of a midi eval period of cobblestone road leading to a castle , thanks again i will work it in my painting if it is ok with you using it???
It's to show the darkness between the weathered brick where light can't reach. You could make it lighter if you want to like he did in this vid: ua-cam.com/video/S3DCx0TzNRw/v-deo.html
Hey I love your videos but please make videos of normal speed and not the time lapse so a learner could learn the techniques properly. Especially in this video slow speed was required to understand the way you have created the texture in every style. Thank you for sharing such informative videos 👍
When filling in the actual stone texture you say "there's no one way to do this, study what I do here" then the video speeds up and I still can't draw stone texture. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm really struggling here.
Very bad because tooooo fast. My blocks still looks stupid, but your looks more natural. Wish you could tell me how to make a stone/block looks not “made up”.
You sir are awesome! I learned exactly what i needed to learn and more! Thank you for sharing your gifts, blessings to you.
Realistic drawing water textures in pencil please

I Love the content! Keep up the Great work man!
Thnx really need this seeing as i'm going to start a project with mountains en rock monsters.

Would you use that same technique for a stont path on a perspective peice? On a 30 degree angle? Or is there something else you'd use?
U did it so easily.....I also want to learn that

Wow, sangat keren...
You do make good videos, thank you. Question: most brick work I encounter, even old, has white/gray mortar, why do you use dark values? Thank you

Please make a tutorial about how to color skin and skin texture with color pencils
Especially in regards to how to select the particular colours to layer though I realise the vast majority of your work is grey pencil.

Just here to see how many people ask Dan what pencil he is using.
He is using a Uni kuru-toga roulette with a 2B Pentel Ain Stein lead, supplemented by a 8B Faber-Castell 9000 wooden pencil.
That’s good for Minecraft textures
What about cloth
What's the music ?
No idea what the song is, but I think it's from Chillhop Raccoon. (At least it sounds like it is.)
Can you make a video teaching us how to draw clothing like folds and wrinkles please
Yes, that would be much appreciated.

I agree. I’m a beginner artist so you’re not alone.
i agree, even the drawing part he didn’t explain much how to do it.
What grade of lead is the mechanical pencil? And what is the wood case pencil? 5b, 6b?
He says at the start the pencil is 8B.
