As a Frenchman, I have to give it to the commentators and their efforts to rightly pronounce the names from the French team, and this sweet « allez les bleus ». Terrific game.
Merci Messieurs.
This was brilliant, and I love this French team, but if only Woki had made the pass to Danty outside him then we would have another candidate for the "greatest try ever scored". To be fair to Woki, Danty didn't manage to keep pace with his acceleration (second row acceleration!) and fell off his shoulder a bit, so the pass wasn't clearly there...
what i find incredible, is the fact Dupont is there at the beginning against Barrett, then he is there when Ntamack gets the ball, and he is there again when Jaminet gives the ball ahaha. This guy....
Woki's decision was the best decision at that point, EVERYONE in the Universe (including my cat) was expecting him to pass to Danty, when he said to himself "Fuck it, i'll run in it in myself", the precise moment is 13:06 you can see how it threw off the AB'S and frankly everyone watching. UNPREDICTABILITY is very difficult to defend, The French are masters at that. From a Springbok for life, Maximum Respect.

I think some dads should be proud of their sons ( Ntamack and Penaud ) ..... Respect for the All Blacks team ...
Just saw the most incredible run in 2022 rugby or any rugby for that matter, from Ntamack out of his own dead ball, second greatest wild run in 2022 , Woki.... Woki.... Woki..., A flanker running like an outside center and making a better decision on the day than any 13 in world rugby today would make, RUN IT IN YOURSELF. Ntamack's behind the line run and Woki's "fuck it, i don't need wingers and centers today" made my day. I'll support the Bokke all my life. We've got the best defence in world rugby, and the all blacks had the best attack in world rugby, however, i'm now convinced that the greatest rugby attack minded nation in the world today is France. I'm looking forward to the greatest attackers meeting the greatest defenders. I may be abit biased on the day, but please gentlemen forgive me. "The best defence is an awesome attack".
Congrats to France, but it's a long way to win a World Cup, no doubts that it must be encouraging to beat the All Blacks like this, but the road ahead will be rocky and setbacks will be the learning curve in the next couple of years. Monsieur Dupont will have to learn 'the rules of engagement' his mistake from holding the ball at the ruck cost France a try, lucky that an intercept even up the score, apart from that it was a 'c'est manifique' performance that makes us love the great Rugby game even more.
The French players and coaches know that very well when we hear them talking about this match and the World Cup. The World Cup is a particular event and it's only in 2023. Many things can happen before it begins, positive or negative but not only for the French.
@@dommartin8814 I agree, and no doubt France won't be playing the World Cup without some respect for other nations, regardless of what happens before that... It seems to me that the tempo towards their goal, winning the World Cup, is going extremely well. A very young team, good coaching on different levels, a plethora of choices for different 'conditions' and a fantastic home support. A crucial couple years to come where there will be some soul-searching as well... en attendant 'allez les bleus' et Vive la France.
@@graffenwalker542 Yes, as soon as the ball is in his hand anyone can now challenge him, and this is what happened, losing the ball allowed the All Blacks to score a try... He was not penalized but rather of getting the benefit of a penalty against them, if they rush across the line of the ruck, once the ball is in his hands the opponents can now tackle him and the rest is history.
Great stuff from les blues Really enjoyed the commentary that was attentive to the skill and style of the French. When they toured Australia earlier in the year, the Australian commentators were dreadfully ignorant of the French, providing no insight whatsoever into the tourists, despite them being the next world cup hosts. 0:45 yes the France had the advantage but it ended with a touch at 5 meters. I don’t think you can say it was for nothing and on my opinion, it was a good decision of the referee to encourage the game. The advantage rule is made for such moments.
I was responding to the commentators and I couldn’t hear the referee saying the advantage was over. Neither did the commentators both on French and English television. And neither did Barrett because even if wasn’t in a good day, he wouldn’t have kick the ball on his own 5 meters if he wasn’t thinking the referee would come back to the penalty. A 5 meters line out is, by all means an advantage important enough not to come back at a 30 meters penalty. A possibility of try over a penalty kick. Rugby will thrive with referee decisions like this one.
James Haskell once said that France can beat anyone in the world & he's right. They have an abundance of talent but they luck consistency & structure. They have a big powerful pack, arguably the best scrum-half in the world currently & deadly wingers. 2023 is their best chance of winning the RWC but if they peak too soon I don't know...

From a English Man fantastic, that's how the French teams used to RUN the ball!
Whaat Mtamac did with that run from his ingoal was almost miraculous. What a player. The All Blacks were taking control of the game upto that point
As a Frenchman, I have to give it to the commentators and their efforts to rightly pronounce the names from the French team, and this sweet « allez les bleus ». Terrific game.
France champagne game is back 🤙
Still love it when New Zealand looked for all the world like they were going to take the lead and Ntamack just decided "non" 🙂
French flair is greatest rugby !!!!
🤣🤣🤣
Merci, very nice of you !
One of the greatest games I've seen
All that needs to be said. In my 30 years of watching test rugby, I think it’s up there with the 2007 1/4 final win and the 2009 Irish grand slam win.
@@panxhito29 And Ntamack threw the final pass to Woki. What a player.
Bonne analyse ..plus la fatigue du joueur
@@panxhito29 in France they call him the minister of the interior
Credit to Amazon for giving us extended highlights and them actually being extended highlights. We want to see every try, every conversation, every penalty score and the penalty which lead to it. Plus all the cards and any of the big impact moments.
I think some dads should be proud of their sons ( Ntamack and Penaud ) ..... We all know that NZ is the best team in the world .... In France , with much respect , we used to say : " if u win the blacks ... you 'll be one the best team ever .Good job France with an amazing player who is Jaminet .
Go France. !!!!!
Never as an Englishman had i rooted for the froggies as in this sensational game...nothing like seeing NZ arrogance like they bloody own the game, pummeled sooo beautifully...aller les bleu...

Bart dart - When you have a record like the all blacks which stretches back over 100 years, dominance over every team, including SA,hold all trophies/cups available,men's/womens/sevens/schoolboys,yeah we do own the game,we are the team to beat,so enjoy that VERY good win,it was Frances first in Paris since 1973.
For our most appreciable enemy 🌹 , i'm happy to see my country come-back to his place. 🇨🇵🇨🇵🇨🇵
It's scary that jalibert is better than ntamack and comes on for him as a substitute haha
On a 2 voir 3 titulaires à chaque poste
Could you please educate me? I dont get what dupont was penalized for in that instance (holding the ball at the ruck)
As a kiwi I have France to win the next WC. They look so well organised
I saw the NZ new team against Australia and they are very impressive
Boy this aged well ahahah. Go bokka
Great stuff from les blues
Really enjoyed the commentary that was attentive to the skill and style of the French. When they toured Australia earlier in the year, the Australian commentators were dreadfully ignorant of the French, providing no insight whatsoever into the tourists, despite them being the next world cup hosts. The contrast is stark
"Can France take a few pages out of Ireland's book last week ?"
ahah they took the entire book. Fr I can't believe we actually ended a 13 years winless streak against them (21 years if you count an home victory !) and it's been two days now lmao. Congrats to both teams for putting a Match of the Year Candidate also too bad we didn't score a "Try from the End of the World" 2.0 lol
1973 in Paris
@@Simonmoke71 What you said is absolutely true. But I was refering to the last french win which was in 2009 in Dunedin (NZ) and the last win on french soil before that was in 2000 in Marseille. Regardless of the stat, it shows how good New Zealand is in this sport for them to be unbeaten for this long lmao.
But yes very good win to France and I can think of few others too.
What a game! Sustained brilliance from France. Allez les blus. Im an IRL fan, and im rooting for our French cousins. NZ played some great rugby here. But there's only one winner today. No, scratch that. Two winners. Rugby as a spectacle and great entertainment also won.🇮🇪🇫🇷

I'm so glad to see our french team back after nearly 10 years of penury.
France is so fun to watch
As a proud New Zealander I'm always happy to see Aaron Smith and sundry other All Blacks throw their toys out the cot bawling because they got beaten by a better, more intelligent team. Savea flopping on the French players to stop a possible try, then complaining about the Yellow Card sums up the state of their minds for me. Sack their coach.
Vive le France! Next World Cup is anybody's!

That passage of play from 12:20 was absolutely thrilling.
I had to come back and enjoy this again. When the French are ticking, they are almost impossible to beat, The All Blacks can attest to this in seeing how many times a flambouyant French outfit has ousted them in very critical games. Well done Allez Les Bleus from a Bokke!!!

The French capacity to be deadly from the very first minute is amazing

I couldn't stop grinning all along this game :) Pure rugby pleasure ❤
0:45 yes the France had the advantage but it ended with a touch at 5 meters. I don’t think you can say it was for nothing and on my opinion, it was a good decision of the referee to encourage the game. The advantage rule is made for such moments.
France didn’t have advantage mate, ref said it was over, don’t know why nz kicked it out there
I was responding to the commentators and I couldn’t hear the referee saying the advantage was over.
France have maybe the best halfback combo in rugby at the moment
Congrats France, a real treat after the SA match to see you beat NZ.
12:35 A really Grand Toast for that amazing comeback almost try from Les gaulles!! And YES the best team won!!!
French wingers are 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Great game and a fine reward for the French
I've been watching the ABs for around 45yrs now (l'm a Aussie) and we play them more than any other country does, but oddly enough they seemed far less superior/intimidating in white jumpers?? France were devastating great win...going to be a great W.C.!!!!
Games are won by scoring tries hope the coaching staff of the Boks watched this game, brilliant France
You are right my brother, I also realized that the Boks are relying on penalties and they are not threatening when going forward.
Fantastic performance from France
France did what Ireland did to the AB’s, beat them with tactics, skill and guile.
the tactics were a little different, Ireland kept the ball more than France
That crowd is epic
Great game.....the best so far. The refs in the other games killed rugby. This is happening all the time.
you mean... like Joubert in 2011 ? or in 2015 ??
Well done France from Ireland!
This is the best rugby game I've ever watched !

As an Englishman, I should envy the high level of the French team, but I think it's great that a European can face RSA and NZ again.
We don't have a team to sniff at either... A bunch of young English players beat the world champions.
