Made them today … i only made gravy by following ur recipie n i use sabroso chicken kofta . Turned out very delicious my husband loved it N i also add fresh milk balae instead of cream . Results are amazing

malai kofta that we Indians make is totally different from yours..I think that's Pakistani style malai kofta..I'll try your recipe..I request you to try Indian malai kofta..I am sure you will like it 😊
Before frying. Store after making balls and when you have to cook them,take out a few, fry them in oil take out n then use that same oil for the gravy.. happy cooking ☻︎
