Damn, got lucky with that scratch. Hindsight would say that the better move would've been to whisper at the zombie through the window or open the window next to the door to lure it out outside.
11:56 Chuck definitely needed a rest, he put all that loot on the road. I have a rule for this: never drop items from a trunk onto the road because it leaves selected onto the road inventory. I break this rule often but typically remember the rule and the reason for it, re-selecting the truck after having dumped items from the trunk.
Mad Dan's Den saying it's in Ekron despite being closer to Echo Creek is an oddity of the US Postal system. They get their mail from the post office in Ekron, so their address is Ekron.
@chuckmillerplays Personal experience. My childhood home had an address for a town 5 miles away, despite another town -- where I went to school -- being 1 mile away.
All these new loot items are going to make B42 hell for a loot goblin like me - Every other house seems to have an interesting sounding item in it and I know I won't be able to resist taking them with me, even if I have no idea what they're for!
Ive been playing build 42 with the inventory tetris mod which is my first time using it actually, and its definitely forcing me be wiser about my loot goblin ways 😂 but its also a way more pleasing way for me to organize my loot, being able to be OCD about what goes where in which bin tickles my loot goblin fancies 😂
Glad to see Chuck "Lex Luthor" Miller still alive and well. :) As for Ekron, let's put it like this: I am doing the new locations run now, just started it today. And I am on the outskirts of Ekron. After seeing what Chuck has to contend with, I think I'll skip it and move onto greener pastures into Brandenburg! :D
I am finding on normal vanilla settings there is much less loot in B42 ... i am on day 30 and normally i have a good collection of can food, shotguns, pistols and ammo ... i have only one shotgun, 3 pistols, no ammo and just a half crate full of can goods!!! This was from echo creek and surrounding area ... interesting to see if the loot is better in larger towns .. without a good amount of ammo i have no idea how to handle the zombies count, due to muscle fatigue without resorting burning down the whole county!!!
@@chuckmillerplays that is my plan for echo creek shooting range .... that place is infested but with large field next to it .. set up a few campfires and drag the horde out ... just need to not set myself on fire :)
@@chuckmillerplays Yes just west of Echo Creek, drive past the trailer park and it is half way along this road, not far, first major building on the left surrounded by tall fence, and full of Zombies ... be careful there is a mighty horde here, large building, big open field ... there is a farm field next to it so you could set up campfire and lure them out and burn the horde ... that is my plan as there are many hundreds of Z's in this location ... good luck ...:)

I certainly did not expect that zed to leave the door!
@@chuckmillerplays at least you got to live and learn!

I’ll get it back soon!
Wow, Ekron was ridiculous! Soooooo many Zs to contend with
I should probably give up an go back to Echo Creek

I can’t tell if you are making that up or speaking from personal experience 😂

Yeah I’m picking up a lot of stuff just in case I’ll need it later

I've already collected 20 full sets of dungeons and dragons dice.

Wise choice
FYI leg strain doesn't affect stomp damage currently so feel free to save weapon durability by stomping
Good to know! Thanks for the tip
Yeah, been fighting my way into that Community College for 3 days now. Probably another 2-3 days before I can even think about stepping a foot inside.
I can’t decide if I should try and take on Ekron or move on

Yeah loot does seem more scarce. I’ve been thinking more and more about campfires as a way to reduce the numbers

my Ekron didnt have close to that many zoms, on builder and survivor
I am on Apocalypse which is supposed to be normal zed population but there isn't anything normal about the number of zeds in such a small town
Is this normal settings?
Yes it is! Apocalypse settings so ‘normal’ population!
First
I hope that you enjoy the episode!
Ekron is easy, skill issue.
I will try and do better
