Creating wealth entails establishing positive routines, such as consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for sound investments. Financial management is a vital subject that many avoid, often leading to future regrets.

Indeed, currently I'm managing my finances wisely and being frugal. In the last 19 months, my investments grew by 43%, adding over $650K in profits. However, I've had losses in the past month, making me anxious. I'm unsure whether to sell everything or wait.

I lived with my sister and her husband two different times. 3 adults and 6 kids was crazy! They were so generous to allow us to stay there for a year and a half. It was a very challenging time, but it was also really beautiful. Because of their generosity, I was able to buy a house and finally provide a home and stability for my children.

Estate planning is SO important. We begged my grandparents over and over to write wills, and they never did. We lost them about a year apart from each other, and were left with a terrible mess to figure out. They were both successful doctors, but I didn't end up inheriting anything because they didn't write wills. So, even though I'm a healthy single person in my 20s, I'm estate planning because I don't want my family to deal with what we had to deal with. I want my family to just be able to miss me. Tiffany is amazing - not many people will tells it like she does!

I personally feel that students in middle school already learn a little about budgeting in algebra classes! Also, high school students learn some financial literacy in classes like computer apps, personal finance, economics, but they aren't applying those skills in their daily lives because they're worried about sports, parties, their parent's financial issues (which affects them), and how to prepare for college!

First time I hear of Tiffany and I already love her and her sense of humor. Just ordered one of her books from my local library. Best of luck and peace to her. I know she must still be grieving her husband 🙏🏼 Thank you for having her on❤
