In this week's Monday Morning Meditation (Mmm!), we "Rise Above" the movements of the mind, body, and emotions. We notice them without judgment, without engagement, without thought. Keep practicing throughout the day! Your ability to think, perceive, act more clearly will grow over time.
Commit to and practice daily meditation, and all day mindfulness from that calm center!
