My Best Spore Creations of 2015

- I had a lot of fun making this, and it's been enjoyable and quite strange looking back and seeing what I've made over the year. Especially that the Red Dragon, Tien-Lung, Rubeum and Rayquaza were all in the same year, times flies so quickly!
It's been a really great year for me, and I owe a lot of that to all of you :) and apparently, that's fairly evident in my videos throughout the year, I feel like the overall quality has been getting higher and higher as I scanned through.

it's so weird looking back this year and yet to think that she still continues to impress the viewers/audience to their wonders of spore and how much of the limits she has succeeded that spore is a great realm. Can't want for your 2016 creations darkedge.

Hi i just got Spore with Dark Injection working on my new computer after one year without spore! and i just found out that you re still posting stuff on youtube. Fun as hell to play with something like these.
one that blows my mind the most is Tien-Lung. The amount of effort put into that blows my mind. And I prefer the color scheme over the big red guy you did.
My personal favorite was Rubeum. I really enjoy his its color scheme. Bright yet not obnoxious. Big fan of teal on critters. Its a dragon, and the spikiness isnt too over the top. A few times in creations i kind of wonder how it doesn't spike itself when it moves. While it has that just a bit with the front leg spikes, not too much. A few spikes I dont think would be if it was real critter, they would catch blows that would miss otherwise when they look like they are meant for defense. Kind of like spiked armor. The coloring and shape of the face mean a lot to me, and i really enjoy the general cheerful vibe i get.
Cho'gath is a close second, just because its one of my fav chamsp to play in league. thansk for the fun vids.

+Blu Crystal The new game "No Man's Sky" looks a bit like SPORE space stage. Maybe that's where they got their ideas. You might want to check that game out.

My favourites are the Monster Hunter beasts; the Pokemon; Anivia; the Red Gryphon; Rubeum; Tien-Lung; Ojutai; Saphira; the Screaming Death; Cynder; all the nameless Dragons; all the Dinosaurs; your original creations; the reanimates. In fact, I favourite them all. I've never seen so many brilliant creations in my life, despite using the mod.

after watching this video i gave up my "talent" of art and creativity. i have never seen such wonderful works of art. i will never on my life make something to even work up the courage to put in a video on a noobs youtube account. when i saw saphira i cried with tears of joy from eragon! ); thank u for telling me that my art is horrible i now found out people will thank you for preventing them from losing their eyesight from my work. :D i will never again make anything creative. when i try to, i will think of this video. . . ;-;

1:07, 1:33---just out of curiosity, how did you get the tail and body to bend like that...is there a required mod to do something like that
The tail is a long limb part I've made to look like it's a part of the spine, which allows it to be manipulated and even made asymmetrical, which isn't possible to do with the spine. None of that requires any mods or expansion packs, and can be done with Vanilla Spore :)
DarkEdgeTV, what kind of long limb should I use, if I try to make the tail go sideways it makes a split tail, which I don't want

Thank you! I can't remember for sure but I believe it took me at least a few days. Those megabuilds are entirely possible without mods, you just need the Galactic Adventures expansion pack, but having mods helps extend the potential and complexity. And to your second question, the majority (or all?) of my creations use mods in some form

It was awesome; some I haven't seen before, but incridible. Pokemon's my favorite.
wher did u get all those parts, i play this game several times and i cant imagine create thoose creatures without break the DNA limit, can u tell me if you use DLC or other stuffs to create or imprube that on the game pls
I use a lot of mods for added parts, especially Dark Injections (which requires the Galactic Adventures DLC), you can find all my mods in this document :) - bit.ly/2DNClzH

I hope you are putting this talent to better use than UA-cam videos. You could be crafting some of these unbelievably epic creatures, using stronger engines, for big budget games. I would love to see your dragons in a PS4/PC RPG of some kind. Also, could I recommend Nagafen from the EverQuest franchise? ^_^

No question, my favorite was the cendrillon tyrant, and seriously Rebecca, your work never ceases to amaze me, I've only disliked one of your vids, and it was the fnaf one, if there's any thing to learn from all these massive and detailed creations, it's that you shouldn't waste good talent and patience on fnaf!!! It's unbelievably annoying because it's ignorant fans, your work inspires me to do what you do, and not just me, there are so many others, and I'll say I don't have the patience to do this every day, but you sure as hell do! Just, don't do fnaf, and keep making awesomeness, and, I'll take back that dislike, just because the work you put into these vids :) also I'm sure we'd all love to see more dinosaurs, just saying.

I'm not sure how the suggestions work or if you do take suggestions but I was wondering if you can do Link's wolf? :3 Idk if there's a certain name for it because I'm not an expert but yeah x3 thx!
And looking through the comments, I have never knew your gender but I found out that you're a female :0 :D ! Tbh I have always thought you were a male. But it's pretty awesome that you're a female :3 ! I'm not being sexist, I'm a female myself but that just blows my mind.
I knew they were modded due to the shiny skins and HQ. Very good. I wonder if I'll be as good as you. I don't use those mods in my Spore creations, but I pay attention to detail and body parts, making sure nothing intersects or disappears with other parts. The song really does suit the video. Maybe you should try and make Spore creations without the mods, to see how well you do. It would be great to see them.
