hi, I sent an iphone5 for screen replacement and now I have No Service error whenever I install a known good sim card; on a close inspection I noticed at the top of the logic board there is a circuit "patch" that has 2 flat cables normally screwed to the top of the metal case , well in my case those 2 flat tips are missing (probable the service butchered those); is this top circuit patch with its 2 antenna prongs replaceable? can I transfer this from another iphone5 board? thanks

When i replaced my camera the small earthing clip in the bottom corner of antenna B fell out. Seems to be working. I have been debating about putting it back. Any thoughts? My main question though is about adding a 4G suitable antenna. I have read that the iphone 5 never had a suitable 4g antenna and many people suffer poor 4G as a result. Would it be possible to add a 4G antenna perhaps on a y splitter and perhaps even stick it to the outside of the phone? Or swap out the iphone 5 antenna for an iphone 6 antenna.? Could be an interesting hack video.

My iPhone 5 does get service but when time to make a phone call, the other phone does not ring and rings sometimes,i it does hv 4 bars so wat cud be the problem
