The verses with hardship come's ease is not really just a repetition in the Arabic language it is deeper. For the two verses linguistically the hardship is mentioned twice but it is referring to the same hardship as it is using (ال) so it is repeated. However, the ease is mentioned twice but the first ease is not the same as the second ease so two different ones which means with every hardship there is not one ease but two by the will of Allah (swt).
