I’m not interested in getting a birkin bag at all but I can say that every Hermes boutique I’ve shopped in the SA’s have always been so gracious and helpful in every way. I know what I like to see and feel comfortable there. That’s my experience.

I understand your perspective, it’s a two way street, unfortunately there will always be shoppers for luxury no matter what. If you also have a bad experience I also understand your sentiment. Each individual’s experience are not the same. I hear you as a customer, we all do at some point get bad experiences not just in luxury but overall in many different aspects.
@@ziggyess its NOT 2 way street.. you dont get it :-)) BRANDS are NOTHING WITHOUT CUSTOMERS... but WE AS CUSTOMERS CAN CHOSE FROM THOUSANDS OTHER BRANDS.. SO NO HUN ITS 1 WAY STREET= CUSTOMER IS THE KING, SHOULD BE.. I REST MY CASE.
I went in with the attitude, i can but this on the reseller route no matter what. And i came in the store with more rare bag charm, this showed appreciation of the brand and i got the call without significant prespend. And i only bought things i like and want to use
This is crazy! When I first heard of the Hermes’ games or Hermes’ journey I couldn’t believe people would actually engage this. But I guess if you want their bag from their store, you need to play by their rules, however crazy they are. However I think for most of Hermes’ customs it is not them who are being impatience, disrespectful, it is Hermes driving people to insanity! My 2 cents.
Thank you for your perspective, yes I agree, one would engage if the party is willing to go to great lengths to get a bag. As I always say to everyone, luxury is not a necessity it’s optional and we can all live our lives withought luxury. I have done so for many years and no problem with it. 😊
this is so ridiculous it's not even funny. it's an overpriced handbag and people are willing to beg and spend 50k on stuff to be able to spend 10k more.... and they call it luxury :-)
I understand your sentiment, each person’s experience varies, some spend a lot and some don’t. Yes all luxury is overpriced I agree and we should remember they are all wants and not necessity we can live without.

I saw one of the H SA’s was wearing a 25k worth of VCA necklace & earrings so I guess they are definitely making good money but not all
